Hotel Blanckthys is a cozy and characterful hotel in the heart of 's-Gravenvoeren.
Located between the Limburg hills and close to the Dutch border, this is the ideal place for a relaxing getaway or an active hiking weekend in nature.
With 28 comfortable rooms, a brasserie with a large terrace, and rooms for parties and meetings, we focus on a warm atmosphere, no-nonsense hospitality, and a spontaneous smile.
Blanckthys is part of ECLECT, along with Landgoed Altenbroek and Hotel Kint.
We are looking for an all-round employee who feels at home in a cozy, informal environment.
As a Front of House employee, you are the driving force behind every warm welcome for the guests. You mainly work in the restaurant but step in where needed in the hotel. You sense what a guest needs and always handle it with care.
Your workday
No day is the same, and that's exactly what you like. You mainly work in the restaurant but easily step in where needed in the hotel – always with attention to the guests.
- You are the first face for the guests and ensure a hospitable experience from arrival to departure;
- You prepare and serve breakfast (buffet), ensure everything looks well-presented and inviting, and easily make a good cup of coffee.
- You serve quickly and attentively, read your guests, and know when to make an extra suggestion, whether it's a glass of champagne or a surprising cocktail;
- You work accurately, ensuring orders are correct and guests can relax and enjoy;
- You assist the guest with check-in & check-out and happily answer any questions they have.

Salary and employment conditions

BE: Hospitality Forma Cat 2 | gross hourly wage € 15.20 - €17.91 per hour | reference function assistant waiter - Contract based on 38 hours:
Flexible working hours, available at least 1 day on weekends and holidays.
